Sponsorbench policy
Standard product license
Last updated: July 23, 2026
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the Direct Sponsor System for the purchaser’s own independent media or creator business and for sponsor work performed directly by that business.
You may
- Make working and backup copies for your own licensed business.
- Edit the spreadsheets, documents, slides, and copy for your own sponsor operations.
- Share buyer-facing outputs created from the templates with prospective or active sponsors.
- Allow your employees and contractors to use the files solely to perform work for your licensed business, subject to confidentiality and no-redistribution duties.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, upload, or give away the source files.
- Use the materials to create a competing template pack, course, membership, software product, or other distributed derivative.
- Share one purchase across unrelated businesses, clients, agencies, or creator properties without a written expanded license.
- Remove ownership notices from the source package and represent the underlying Sponsorbench system as authored by another party.
Ownership
You own your own inputs, data, sponsor relationships, and original campaign outputs. Sponsorbench retains rights in the product, system, layouts, templates, documentation, and brand assets, excluding third-party marks and cited sources.
End of license
The license ends if you materially breach it and do not cure the breach after notice where a cure is required. On termination, stop using and distributing the source materials, while preserving records required by law.
Expanded use
Agency, multi-brand, education, redistribution, and white-label use require separate written permission.
